The role of the pastor as worship leader and preacher takes on additional significance when viewed in the context of evangelism. Building on the foundation laid in his earlier book The Pastor as Evangelist, Richard Stoll Armstrong provides practical, down-to-earth guidance for the minister who wants to participate more fully in the church’s mission of evangelism.
Richard Stoll Armstrong is the Ralph B. and Helen S. Ashenfelter Professor Emeritus of Ministry and Evangelism at Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey. Immediately prior to joining the Princeton faculty, Armstrong served as Pastor of Second Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is the author of several books.
